Administrative Assistant (part-time position 50%)

The Association for Energy Cost Allocation (E.V.V.E) is an independent political interest group at EU level whose activities aim at the promotion of technical solutions to save energy and water in buildings.

“You can only manage and save what you measure”: We support tenants and landlords in reducing energy and water consumption and thus increasing energy efficiency in buildings. The sector is an important driver of the energy transitions towards climate neutrality in Europe.

EVVE will strengthen its presence in Brussels. Therefore, we are looking for an

Administrative Assistant (part-time position 50%)

Your tasks

- General office administration

- Agenda management, including planning and coordinating internal and external appointments

- Planning business travel arrangements, bookings and related accounting

- Invoice processing

- organisation of meetings in Brussels and throughout Europe


Your profile

- Work experience as an assistant or secretary

- Accuracy and strong numerical skills

- Knowledge of Lexware would be an advantage

- Proficient knowledge of German and English, French would be an asset

- Confident use of MS Office

- Independent work, loyalty, organisational skills
